Shipping Policies & Information:
We ship orders Monday - Friday, usually within 24 business hours from the time they are placed. UPS holidays apply. Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order is shipped and can be tracked 24 hours after you receive your tracking information.
Please check your shipping address information carefully, as you are responsible for any typos or incorrect information given when you place your order. Any redirect fees or return shipping fees charged by UPS will be billed back to the practitioner that places the order.
Please check your shipment carefully. All damaged or missing items must be reported 48 hours after delivery.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Prior approval is required for returns. Returns are only allowed on damaged or defective products and must be in sealed containers. On account credit will be given.
Cancellations must be done before products are shipped, any orders returned by UPS will obtain a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
We do our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible, please let us know if you feel there is an issue.
